摘要
目的运用数据挖掘方法分析国家及各省份新型冠状病毒肺炎恢复期的中医用药规律与特点。方法检索2020年4月17日之前国家及各省市自治区卫生健康委员会和中医药管理局发布的新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案,建立恢复期中医药诊疗方案数据库,采用古今医案云平台V2.2.2软件,从中药频次、药性、药味、归经、配伍、功效等方面对诊疗方案的中药组方进行分析。结果本研究共纳入34个新型冠状病毒肺炎恢复期诊疗方案,共使用中医处方77首,涉及中药133味,总频次754次,使用频次排名前五位的中药为甘草、茯苓、陈皮、麦冬、黄芪,以性温、平、微寒为主,药味以甘、辛、苦为主,多归属于肺、脾、胃经;中医证候以肺脾气虚,气阴两虚为主;治法主要以益气养阴、健脾补肺、培护阴津、除湿祛邪为主;利用复杂网络分析得出甘草、黄芪、陈皮、党参、茯苓等14味核心药物。结论通过数据挖掘发现,新型冠状病毒肺炎恢复期多选用补气、健脾及养阴类中药,治法以扶正为主,兼以祛邪。
Objective To analyze the medication law and characteristics of TCM in the recovery period of COVID-19 in central government and provinces by using data mining methods.Methods The COVID-19 diagnosis and treatment plans issued by National Health Commission of central government and provinces and Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine before April 17,2020 were retrieved,and a database of TCM diagnosis and treatment plans for recovery period of COVID-19 was established.The V2.2.2 prescription of the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform was used to analyze TCM prescriptions from the aspects of frequency,property,taste,meridian tropism,compatibility and efficacy.Results Totally 34 COVID-19 diagnosis and treatment plans were included in this study,77 TCM prescriptions were used,including 133 kinds of Chinese materia medica with a frequency of 754 times.The top five Chinese materia medica used in frequency were Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Poria,Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium,Ophiopogonis Radix,and Astragali Radix,which were mainly warm,mild and cold.The tastes were mainly composed of sweet,spicy and bitter,and belonged to lung,spleen and stomach meridians.TCM syndromes were mainly deficiency of lung and spleen qi and deficiency of both qi and yin.The main therapeutic methods were to invigorate qi and yin,invigorate spleen and lung,nourish yin and fluid,remove dampness and pathogenic factors,etc.;14 kinds of core Chinese materia medica,such as Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Astragali Radix,Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium,Codonipsis Radix,Poria,etc.,were obtained by complex network analysis.Conclusion Through data mining,it is found that the treatment of COVID-19 during the recovery period mainly chooses Chinese materia medica with the efficacy of invigorating qi and spleen and nourishing yin.The main therapeutic method is strengthening body,combined with removing pathogenic factors.
