摘要
基于2013年10月(丰水期)和2014年4月(枯水期)渭河流域着生藻类监测数据,根据着生藻类物种丰富度、群落多样性、相对丰度、生态型和密度5类属性,选取了26个候选参数。应用参照点对比法(P-ibi)和累计系数法(P-IBI)分别构建了着生藻类生物完整性水生态系统健康评价指标体系,对渭河流域水生态系统健康状况进行了评价。结果表明,均匀度指数和可运动硅藻百分比为P-ibi和P-IBI在丰水期和枯水期共有的核心参数,说明两个参数的代表性较强,可作为常规监测指标。P-ibi健康评价结果显示,丰水期健康等级在较好水平以上的点位数占43%,而枯水期高达61%,P-IBI较好水平以上的点位数仅占25%,P-ibi评价结果明显高于P-IBI,但两种方法评价结果的空间分布趋势基本一致,即渭河干流上游、泾河源头、北洛河中游水生态健康状况较好,渭河下游、泾河流域大部分区域及北洛河上游水生态健康状况较差;超过70%的点位两种方法评价结果相一致或仅差一个健康等级,且P-IBI在参照点位和受损点位具有极显著性差异,表明累计系数法可以作为一种可靠的评价方法替代参照点对比法进行着生藻类生物完整性指数的构建。
On the basis of the periphyton data of the Wei River basin sampled in October 2013(wet season)and April 2014(dry season),26 candidate metrics were selected from five attributes categories including species richness,diversity index,relative abundance,ecotype and density.The methods of reference point analysis(P-ibi)and cumulative coefficient analysis(P-IBI)were used to develop the biotical integ⁃rity index of periphyton to assess the aquatic ecosystem health of the Wei River basin.The results show that the evenness index and percent⁃age of motile diatoms are the core metrics for both P-ibi and P-IBI in both wet and dry seasons,indicating that these two parameters are more representative and can be used as routine monitoring indexes.The results of P-ibi show that more than 43%sampling sites are in good health in wet season,while that is greater than 61%in dry season.However,only 25%sampling sites are healthy or in good condition ac⁃cording to the result of P-IBI.The results of P-ibi are significantly higher than that of P-IBI,however,the spatial distribution of P-ibi is correspond with P-IBI.That is,the upstream of Weihe River,the source of Jinghe River and the middle stream of Beiluo River are in good health,while the downstream of Weihe River,the most areas of Jinghe River and the upstream of Beiluo River are in poor health.More than 70%of the sampling sites show that the evaluation results of the two methods are consistent or only one health level is poor.The boxplot shows that P-IBI has a significant difference between reference and impaired sites.This means that the cumulative coefficient analysis can be used as a reliable assessment method,instead of only reference point analysis to develop the biological integrity index of periphyton.
