摘要
针对在实际应用中圆盘耙整地机轴承密封性能不足,结构不合理及强度不足等问题,设计出一种三级密封圆盘耙整地机轴承组件。该轴承组件采用了深沟球轴承、挡圈、内外套(长短间管)、轴承座、轴承盖和三级密封装置等零部件一体化的结构形式,实现了圆盘耙整地机轴承的三级密封。经实际使用验证,新型三级密封圆盘耙整地机轴承组件使用寿命大幅度提高,满足使用要求。
Aimed at poor sealing performance,unreasonable structure and insufficient strength of bearing assemblies in practical application of disc harrow ground preparation machine,the three-stage sealed bearing assemblies are designed for disc harrow ground preparation machine.The bearing assemblies adopt integrated structure of deep groove ball bearing,retaining ring,inner and outer casings(long and short intermediate tubes),housing,bearing cover and three-stage sealing device,etc.,a three-stage seal is realized for bearing of disc harrow ground preparation machine.Through actual use verification,the service life of new three-stage sealed bearing assemblies for disc harrow ground preparation machine is greatly improved,and the requirements of use are met.
