摘要
本文介绍了高职汽修技能大赛的比赛内容,针对“汽车发动机系统检修”赛项考查的发动机典型故障,详细地阐述了无钥匙进入系统、+15电信号传递过程和工作原理,在此基础上分析了典型故障,讨论了故障排除过程和步骤,并总结了故障发生机理。指出通过积极参与高职汽修技能大赛,能够以竞赛带动教学改革,促进职业教育产教融合、校企合作良性发展。
This paper introduces the contest content of higher vocational automobile repair skills competition.Aiming at the typical engine faults in the"automobile engine system maintenance"competition,the keyless entry system,+15 electric signal transmission process and working principle are elaborated in detail.On this basis,the typical faults are analyzed,the troubleshooting process and steps are discussed,and the failure mechanism is summarized.It is pointed out that by actively participating in the higher vocational automobile repair skills competition,the teaching reform can be driven by the competition,and the industry-education integration of vocational education and the benign development of school-enterprise cooperation can be promoted.
