摘要
2019年12月,海安某鸡场鸡群出现采食下降、消瘦、死亡等症状,临床解剖出现肝脏肿大变黄,表面有白色坏死灶和出血点,脾脏肿大充血,肠粘膜有出血点,为明确病原,无菌采取病鸡的肝、肾、脾、肺组织,进行细菌分离鉴定和禽白血的PCR鉴定,采集15份泄殖腔拭子,应用ELISA试剂盒进行禽白血病特异性抗原的检测,并对所分离的细菌进行药敏试验。细菌质谱结果显示为大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌,药敏结果显示,大肠杆菌仅对头孢咪唑、氨苄西林敏感,沙门氏菌对丁胺卡那、庆大霉素、氨苄西林、氯霉素、头孢咪唑均敏感。PCR结果显示禽白血病毒阳性,P27抗原检测表明15份泄殖腔拭子中有6份为阳性,上述结果初步表明该病例是禽白血病与大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌的混合感染,这些结果将为临床控制混合感染提供一定的依据。
In December 2019,a flock of chickens in a chicken farm in Hai'an county presented with reduced feed intake,weight loss and death,clinical anatomy showed liver swelling and yellowing,white necrosis foci and bleeding spots on the surface,splenomegaly and hyperemia,and bleeding spots in the intestinal mucosa,the 15 cloacal swabs were collected and the specific antigen of avian leukaemia was detected by Elisa kit,and the bacteria were tested for drug sensitivity.The results of bacterial mass spectrometry showed escherichia coli and salmonella,and the results of drug sensitivity showed that E.coli was only sensitive to cefpimizole and ampicillin,salmonella was sensitive to amikacin,gentamicin,ampicillin,chloramphenicol and cefpimizole.The PCR results were positive for avian leukosis virus and 6 out of 15 cloacal swabs were positive for P27 antigen.The above results preliminarily indicated that the case was a mixed infection of Avian Leukosis,E.Coli and salmonella,these results will provide a basis for clinical control of mixed infection.
