摘要
目的针对肘关节僵硬患者采用开放松解术联合桡骨远端固定铰链式外固定架治疗方案加以治疗,分析其临床效果。方法方便选取该院2018年11月-2019年10月收治的肘关节僵硬患者82例作为研究对象,按照随机的方式分组,实验组和对照组每组41例。其中,对照组患者行以常规的松解术治疗方案,实验组患者行以开放松解术联合桡骨远端固定铰链式外固定支架治疗方案,对比二组患者治疗前后的肘关节屈伸活动度、Mayo评分,治疗后的优良率。结果研究结果表明,两组患者治疗之前,肘关节屈伸活动度、Mayo评分对比差异不显著,经过治疗以后,二组患者的肘关节屈伸活动度、Mayo评分显著优于治疗前,而且实验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的治疗优良率(97.56%)显著高于对照组(82.93%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.990,P=0.020<0.05)。结论对于肘关节僵硬患者的治疗,采用开放松解术联合桡骨远端固定铰链式外固定架治疗方案显著优于传统治疗方案,帮助改善患者的肘关节功能。
Objective To treat patients with stiff elbow joints with open and loose solution combined with distal radius fixed hinge external fixation treatment plan to analyze its clinical effect.Methods A total of 82 patients with elbow stiffness admitted in hospital from November 2018 to October 2019 were convenient selected as the research object,and they were grouped in a random manner,with 41 cases in each group in the experimental group and the control group.Among them,the patients in the control group were treated with conventional loosening treatment,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with open relaxation and combined with distal radius fixed hinge external fixation.Compare the elbow flexion and extension activities,Mayo score,excellent rate after treatment of the two groups before and after treatment.Results The results showed that before treatment,the difference between the elbow flexion and extension activity and Mayo score was not significant.After treatment,the elbow flexion and extension activity and Mayo score of the two groups were significantly better than before treatment,and the experimental group was excellent In the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the treatment excellent rate(97.56%)of the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(82.93%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.990,P=0.020<0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of patients with elbow joint stiffness,the treatment plan of open-relaxation combined with distal radius fixed hinge external fixation is significantly better than the traditional treatment plan,which helps improve the elbow joint function of the patient.
