摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环在医院中央空调运维中的应用和效果。方法利用PDCA循环,以内科大楼中央空调运维为案例,进行中央空调的运行状况进行调查、分析,针对存在的问题制定相应的改进计划并实施,比较改进前后系统各设备的运行状况。结果实施PDCA循环后,中央空调的运行状况较改进前有明显提升,指出下一步工作方向。结论PDCA循环有助于提高运维管理质量。
Objective To explore the application and effect of PDCA cycle in the operation and maintenance of central air conditioning in hospital.Methods Using PDCA cycle,taking the operation and maintenance of central air conditioning in the internal medicine building as an example,the operation status of central air conditioning was investigated and analyzed,and the corresponding improvement plan was made and implemented according to the existing problems,and the operation status of the system equipment before and after the improvement was compared.Results After PDCA cycle was implemented,the operation of central air conditioning system was significantly improved,and the next work direction was pointed out.Conclusion PDCA cycle is helpful to improve the quality of operation and maintenance management.
