摘要
综述了催化裂化反应中异构化反应机理和相应的异构化催化剂研究现状。随着环保意识的提高,研究制备低成本、高活性、高选择性的环境友好型异构化催化剂或材料成为现今研究热点。总结了SAPO-n型分子筛的类型以及通过贵金属和非贵金属改性的双功能催化剂在催化裂化多产异构化反应中的性能,讨论了如何提高双功能催化剂的性能,且展望了异构化反应的催化剂应用前景。
The research progress of isomerization reaction mechanism and corresponding isomerization catalysts in catalytic cracking reaction are reviewed.With the improvement of environmental awareness,research and preparation of low-cost,high-activity,high-selectivity environmentally friendly isomerization catalysts or materials has become a hot research topic.The types of SAPO-n molecular sieves and the performance of bifunctional catalysts modified by noble metals and non-precious metals in catalytic cracking and prolific isomerization were summarized,the performance of bifunctional catalysts was discussed and the isomerization was prospected,the application prospect of the isomerization catalyst is prospected.
