摘要
新中国成立特别是改革开放以来,中国共产党领导中国人民开辟了中国特色社会主义道路,中国特色社会主义经济发展道路是其核心组成部分。在中国特色社会主义进入新时代,世界处于百年未有之大变局中,坚持和发展中国特色社会主义经济发展道路是关系中国和世界前途的战略抉择。中国特色社会主义经济发展道路,具有鲜明的中国特色,同时包含人类社会经济发展的一般规律,是通向人民幸福、国家富强、世界经济繁荣发展的光明之路。适应新时代和世界百年未有之大变局的要求和挑战,必须坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义经济思想为指导,以更加坚定的决心、更加有力的举措、更加完善的制度,坚持和发展中国特色社会主义经济发展道路,为中华民族伟大复兴和世界经济繁荣发展提供不竭的强大动力和保证,不断开创中国和世界的美好未来。
Since the foundation of New China and especially since the reform and opening-up,the Communist Party of China has led the Chinese people along a socialist path with Chinese characteristics.As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,the world faces both opportunities and challenges brought about by once-in-a-century changes.How will the Chinese economy develop?What is the economy's development prospect?What strategic measures will China take?These are important issues attracting the world's attention.This paper aims to examine these problems from strategic and macro perspectives.The paper begins by analyzing the new era that Chinese socialism has entered,the profound changes that have happened in the world that are rarely seen in a century,the changes occurring now,and the opportunities and challenges facing the Chinese economy.This paper aims to answers why China adheres to and develops the socialist economic development path with Chinese characteristics,examine what kind of socialist economic development path with Chinese characteristics will develop,and how and why China will adhere to such a path.The paper adopts historical materialism and applies a combination of contradiction analysis,normative analysis,and empirical analysis.The analysis uses statistics from China's National Bureau of Statistics and documents from the International Monetary Organization and other international organizations,and refers to related theoretical research on this topic.Development is of paramount importance to China,as the country faces profound changes in the world that have rarely been seen in a century.In adopting detailed measures to promote economic development,China strategically adheres to the guidance of Xi Jinping's Thoughts on a Socialist Economy with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.The economic development path is in accordance with both the current Chinese reality and the world's development trend in practice.The path has economic construction as its central task and works to achieve an innovative,coordinated,green,open,and shared approach that expands opening-up and cooperation toward mutual benefits and win-win outcomes with all countries.The aim is to comprehensively deepen reform so as to both leverage China's institutional advantages and to learn from the advantages and strengths of other countries.In this way the COVID-19 epidemic can be overcome and the Sino-US conflicts can be resolved,and thus China can make contributions to the world's economic development.First,in considering the numerous and complicated academic viewpoints,the paper outlines the rare and profound changes that have happened and gives an explanation for these changes in the world,puts forward the idea that it is the strategic decision of holding opportunities and meeting challenges to adhere to and develop socialist economic development path with Chinese characteristics;Second,based on the research of the academic field,the paper provides a more comprehensive,accurate summary of the definition and connotations and basic meanings of socialist economic development path with Chinese characteristics.That is,this path has distinctive Chinese characteristics but also embodies the general law of social and economic development which is a bright path leading strives for people's happiness,nations'prosperity and strength,and the world economy's prosperity and development.Third,this paper explains that to adapt to the requirements and challenges brought about by the new era and the profound changes in the world which are rarely seen in a century,China must adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialist Economy with Chinese Characteristics for a New era and adhere to and advance the socialist economic development path with Chinese characteristics with more confidence,more forceful measures,and more perfect systems,and thus find the inexhaustible motivation to guarantee the Chinese nation's rejuvenation and the world economy's prosperous development,and create beautiful futures for both China and the world.
