摘要
食用菌质量安全若出现问题,将严重威胁消费者的健康,也会影响食用菌的对外贸易。选取市场上具有代表性的4种食用菌进行检测,总结食用菌的质量安全现状,分析食用菌存在质量安全问题的原因,并提出相应的对策,以加强食用菌的质量安全管理。
The quality safety of edible fungi is directly related to the safety of national diets.Problems with the quality safety of edible fungi seriously threaten the health of consumers and affect foreign trade.This article selects four representative edible fungi on the market for testing,understands the quality and safety status of edible fungi,analyzes the causes of edible fungi quality and safety problems,and proposes corresponding countermeasures to strengthen the quality and safety management of edible fungi.
