摘要
为探索蜜环菌提取物对运动性损伤的改善作用,纳入48名排球运动员作为研究对象,随机分为4组,每组12人,其中3组为试验组,分别服用含有不同剂量的蜜环菌提取物胶囊(0.25 g·d^-1~1 g·d^-1),另1组为对照组。连续服药14 d后,所有受试者接受一项高强度跑步训练。在运动前1 h、运动后1 h、6 h、12 h分别抽血,测定受试者血清中相关指标。结果表明,运动后试验组的肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、丙二醛(MDA)、血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平低于对照组,而谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHPx)水平高于对照组,当服药量≥0.5 g·d^-1时上述作用较为显著(P<0.05)。表明蜜环菌提取物可以减轻肌肉细胞损伤、抗氧化应激、调节免疫,起到改善运动性损伤的作用。
In order to explore the improvement effect of Armillaria mellea extract on sports injuries,48 volleyball players were included as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into 4 groups,each with 12 people,3 of which are experimental groups,each took different doses of A.mellea extract capsules(0.25 g·d^-1),and the other group was the control group.After14 days of continuous medication,all subjects received a high-intensity running training.Blood was drawn at 1 h before exercise,1 h,6 h,and 12 h after exercise to determine the relevant indicators in the subjects’serum.The results showed that creatine kinase(CK),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),malondialdehyde(MDA),serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)levels in each test group after exercise was lower than that of the control group,while the activity of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)was higher than that of the control group,the above-mentioned effects are more significant when the dosage is≥0.5 g·d^-1(P<0.05).It shows that A.mellea extract can reduce muscle cell damage,resist oxidative stress,regulate immunity,and play a role in improving sports injuries.
