钒渣钙化焙烧过程的富氧强化研究 被引量:3

摘要 钒渣钙化焙烧工艺参数与气氛对钒浸出率具有很大影响.本文以转炉钒渣为原料,探究富氧条件对钙化焙烧参数:焙烧时间、焙烧温度、钙钒物质的量之比(n(CaO)/n(V2O3))以及钒浸出率的影响和强化作用.结果表明,富氧可显著促进钒渣钙化焙烧过程,对焙烧时间和钙钒物质的量之比均具有明显优化效果.与空气气氛相比,纯氧气气氛下焙烧时间可缩短1h,n(CaO)/n(V2O3)可降低0.5;在焙烧温度850℃、恒温焙烧时间2h、n(CaO)/n(V2O3)=1.5、纯氧气气氛的条件下,钒浸出率达88.37%,较空气气氛下提高6.57%. The technological parameters and atmosphere of calcified roasting of vanadium slag show a significant influence on vanadium leaching rate.The effects and enhancements of oxygen-enriched roasting on calcified roasting parameters,including roasting time,roasting temperature,ratio of calcium to vanadium(n(CaO)/n(V 2O 3))and vanadium leaching rate,were investigated with converter vanadium-bearing slag in this study.The results showed that oxygen-enriched conditions could significantly promote the calcified roasting of vanadium slag,making obvious optimized effects on roasting time and n(CaO)/n(V 2O 3)of vanadium slag.Compared with air atmosphere,the roasting time shortened by 1 h and n(CaO)/n(V 2O 3)reduced by 0.5 at 100%oxygen volume fraction.Under the suitable conditions with roasting temperature of 850℃,roasting time of 2 h,oxygen volume fraction of 100%and n(CaO)/n(V 2O 3)of 1.5,the vanadium leaching rate was 88.37%,which showed 6.57%higher than that in air atmosphere.
