“双一流”建设背景下一流大学学科实力的测度——以第四轮学科评估结果为数据源 被引量:4

An Empirical Study on the Disciplinary Strength of First-class Universities under the Background of“Double First-class”Construction:Data from the Fourth Round of Discipline Evaluation

摘要 文章依据第四轮学科评估结果,综合计算中国42所一流大学的学科综合评分及其排名,分析一流大学在12个不同学科门类中的表现,挖掘一流大学学科实力与大学资产、学生规模、教师队伍、学科专业等要素间关系。研究发现,第一批进入“985”的9所高校学科实力明显领先,6所B类一流大学学科实力处于落后位置。一流大学在多数学科与非一流大学相比具有绝对优势,但在教育学、农学等学科上表现较差。一流大学在不同学科的上榜数不均,部分一流大学虽综合评分不高,但在某些学科却排名靠前。一流大学的学科实力与占地面积、教室间数、本科生招生数等没有相关关系,而与教学科研仪器设备资产、信息化设备资产、博士生招生数等呈高度正相关关系。基于研究结果,从推进中国一流大学学科整体实力、加快中国一流大学建设角度提出相应建议。 Based on the results of the fourth round of disciplinary evaluation,this empirical study makes a comprehensive analysis of the overall discipline strength and ranking of 42 top universities in China,their achievements in the 12 different discipline categories,and the relationship between the discipline strength of first-class universities and the factors such as university assets,student size,teaching staff,and discipline majors.The findings indicatethat the first batch of 9 universities that have entered the“985”are far ahead of the 6 B-class first-class universities in terms of discipline strength.Compared with non-first-class universities,they have absolute advantages in most disciplines,but not in education,agriculture,etc.First-class universities have uneven rankings in different disciplines.Although some first-class universities have low total scores,they have great advantages in some disciplines.The discipline strength of first-class universities is not related to the site area,the number of classrooms,the number of undergraduate enrollments,etc.,but has a highly positive correlation with the teaching and research equipment assets,information equipment assets,and the number of doctoral entrants.Based on the above research findings,we put forward corresponding suggestions for the purpose of improving the overall discipline strength of China's top universities and quicken the steps of top university construction.
