摘要
西部经济欠发达地区小学英语教师队伍存在专业基础薄弱的问题,教师培训迫在眉睫。需要建立本地区师范大学与小学合作的制度和组织保障;注重培训内容的适用性;定期对小学英语教师进行考核、评估,引进竞争机制,建立小学英语教师成长档案;高度重视教育见习和实习,加强实习基地建设,延长教育实习时间。
Since the majority of the primary school English teachers in the less developed regions of Western China are very weak in their professional skill,it is urgent for them to receive the training.The system to guarantee the cooperation between local normal universities and primary schools must be set up;the content of the training is certain to be applied in practice.Primary school teachers are supposed to take regular examinations and the results will be under evaluation;we also need to hold a competition among teachers and keep a record of their professional development.In addition,importance should be attached to internships,setting up the ideal training base and extending the time period for them.
