摘要
在信息技术与教育教学逐渐深度融合的背景下,解决教学成效不理想问题,实现理论和实训协同推进以及赋能式教学,系统性构建了“以培育职业和岗位工作能力为中心、以就业为导向”的铁三角课程知识体系,设计了融入翻转课堂理念的四段式混合教学模式,并完善考评的多元化和灵活性,兼顾了主观和长效评价。教学成效表明,以学生为主体,“线上+线下”的混合教学,不但能弥补传统教学的不足,有效提高教学质量,激发学生学习活力和创新性,还能促进学生学习习惯的培养和职业素养的培育。
In the case of the gradual deep integration of information technology and teaching,in order to make the teaching effective,to collaboratively promote the theory and practical training,and to realize the enabling teaching,this paper systematically constructs a“vocational-ability-centered and employment-oriented”curriculum knowledge system,designs a four-stage blended teaching mode integrated with the concept of flipped classroom,and improves the evaluation diversity and flexibility.The teaching effects show that the student-centered“Online+offline”blended teaching can not only make up for the shortcomings of traditional teaching,but also effectively improve the teaching quality,stimulate students’learning vitality and innovation,and promote the cultivation of students’learning habits and professional quality.
