摘要
目的:益气化痰消瘿方联合优甲乐对桥本甲状腺炎(HT)患者甲状腺功能的影响。方法:选取2017年7月至2019年12月铜陵市中医医院收治的HT患者69例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组(n=35)与观察组(n=34),对照组采用优甲乐和硒酵母片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用益气化痰消瘿方治疗,2组患者均连续治疗12周。比较2组患者临床疗效及中医症候积分变化,检测并比较2组患者甲状腺激素、自身抗体水平。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率为85.29%,高于对照组的62.86%(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗后2组患者甲状腺肿、颜面肢体水肿、神疲乏力、畏寒肢冷等中医证候积分均下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01);与治疗前比较,治疗后2组患者血清TSH、TPOAb、TGAb水平降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01);2组患者FT3、FT4水平升高(P<0.01),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:益气化痰消瘿方联合优甲乐治疗HT可降低患者甲状腺激素水平、自身抗体水平,从而改善患者甲状腺功能,促进患者临床症状缓解。
Objective:To explore the effects of Yiqi Huatan Xiaoying Formula combined with euthyrox on thyroid function in patients with hashimoto′s thyroiditis(HT).Methods:A total of 69 cases of patients with HT in Tongling Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July,2017 to Dec.2019 were selected as the study objects and divided randomly into a control group(n=35)and an observation group(n=34).The control group were treated with euthyrox and selenious yeast tablets,and study group were treated with Yiqi Huatan Xiaoying Formula on the basis of control group.The 2 groups were treated for 12 weeks continuously.The clinical efficacy of 2 groups and the TCM syndrome score were compared,and the levels of thyroid hormones,autoantibodies were measured and compared.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.29%after treatment,which was higher than 62.86%of control group(P<0.05);Compared with those before treatment,the TCM syndrome scores such as goiter,facial limb edema,mental fatigue,fear of cold and cold limb of 2 groups decreased evidently after treatment,and the observation group was lower than control group(P<0.01).Compared with those before treatment,the levels of TSH,TPOAb,TGAb in the 2 groups were significantly lower,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The FT3、FT4 level of the 2 groups increased(P<0.01),and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Yiqi Huatan Xiaoying combined with euthyrox in treating HT can reduce the levels of thyroid hormone,autoantibodies factors in patients,thereby improving patients′thyroid function and promoting patients′clinical symptoms.
