摘要
目的探讨非小细胞肺癌组织中的Yes相关蛋白1(YAP1)和Eph受体酪氨酸激酶A2(EphA2)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达水平,以及两者与非小细胞肺癌临床病理参数的关系。方法收集2015年1月至2019年10月广东医科大学附属医院治疗并经病理学确诊的98例NSCLC患者癌组织标本和对应癌旁组织标本,采用免疫组织化学法检测上述组织中YAP1和EphA2表达水平,并结合临床资料采用χ2检验进行比较。结果 YAP1在NSCLC癌组织中的阳性表达率67.35%(66/98),明显高于癌旁组织阳性表达率35.71%(35/98),差异有统计学意义(t=19.631,P<0.01)。EphA2在NSCLC组织中的阳性表达率72.45%(71/98),明显高于癌旁组织阳性表达率34.69%(34/98),差异有统计学意义(t=28.082,P<0.01)。YAP1表达水平与NSCLC组织学分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移明显相关(t=10.382、6.753、5.315,P<0.05);EphA2表达水平与NSCLC淋巴结转移、TNM分期明显相关(t=5.017、6.607,P<0.05)。结论 YAP1和EphA2在NSCLC癌组织中的阳性表达率明显升高,有助于判断NSCLC高侵袭性。
Objective:To investigate the expression of Yes-associated protein 1(YAP1)and Erythropoietin producing human hepatocellular receptor A2(EphA2)in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)and their correlation with clinicopathologic characteristics of NSCLC.Methods:YAP1 and EphA2 expression in 98 cases of human NSCLC tissues and non-cancerous adjacent lung tissues pathologically confirmed from january 2015 to october 2019 in Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University was examined by envision immunohistochemical method.Theχ2 test was carried out for statistical analysis.Results:The positive rate of YAP1 expression was 67.35%(66/98)in NSCLC tissues,higher than 35.71%(35/98)in non-cancerous adjacent lung tissues with significant difference(t=19.631,P<0.01).The positive rate of EphA2 expression was 72.45%(71/98)in NSCLC tissues,higher than 34.69%(34/98)in non-cancerous adjacent lung tissues with significant difference(t=28.082,P<0.01).The expression levels of YAP1 were associated with NSCLC to histology grade,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis(respectively,t=10.382,6.753,5.315,P<0.05).The expression levels of EphA2 were associated with NSCLC to lymph node metastasis and TNM stage(respectively,t=5.017,6.607,P<0.05).Conclusion:The positive rate of YAP1 and EphA2 was significantly up-regulated in NSCLC,and YAP1 and EphA2 may be considered as biomarkers for high invasion of NSCLC.
