摘要
[目的]研究中药洗剂对慢性荨麻疹病人瘙痒症状及治疗依从性的影响。[方法]将84例慢性荨麻疹病人按照随机抽签法分为观察组及对照组,每组42例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予中药洗剂干预,采用皮肤病生活质量指数量表(DLQI)对两组病人干预前后生活质量进行评价,比较两组病人干预前后瘙痒症状评分、治疗依从性、满意度及干预前后生活质量的变化。[结果]干预后两组病人瘙痒症状评分、DLQI评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组病人治疗依从率高于对照组(P<0.05),满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中药洗剂的应用可明显缓解慢性荨麻疹病人瘙痒症状,提高其治疗依从性以及满意度,有利于改善病人生活质量。
Objective:To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine lotion on pruritus and treatment compliance of patients with chronic urticaria.Methods:A total of 84 patients with chronic urticaria were divided into observation group and control group according to random drawing,42 cases in each group.The patients in control group were given the routine nursing,the patients in observation group were given traditional Chinese medicine lotion intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The quality of life of the two groups of patients before and after intervention were evaluated using the Dermatology Life Quality Index(DLQI).The pruritus score,treatment compliance,satisfaction rate and quality of life before and after intervention were compared between the two groups of patients.Results:After the intervention,the pruritus and DLQI scores of the two groups of patients were lower than that before the intervention,and the scores in observation group was lower than those in control group(all P<0.05);the treatment compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The application of traditional Chinese medicine lotion could significantly relieve pruritus of chronic urticaria patients,improve their treatment compliance and satisfaction,and improve the quality of life of patients.
