摘要
目的:研究治疗骨科重症患者中应用短期经皮置入中心静脉导管的方法及置管使用护理干预的效果。方法:2018年10月-2019年11月收治骨科重症患者80例,按不同术式分为两组,各40例。对照组进行常规置管;试验组进行短期经皮置入中心静脉导管,并配合相应护理干预。比较两组静脉输液状况、护理中预防感染效果及穿刺情况。结果:试验组并发症发生率及平均每日住院费用均低于对照组,预防感染效果和穿刺操作整体质量均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对骨科重症患者使用外周置入中心静脉导管并施以针对性护理,不仅能使置管后并发症发生率降低,还可促进患者病情恢复时间,节省治疗费用。
Objective:To study the effect of short-term percutaneous insertion of central venous catheter and nursing intervention in the application of severe orthopedic patients.Methods:From October 2018 to November 2019,80 cases of severe patients in orthopedics department were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to different operation methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional catheter insertion.The experimental group received short-term percutaneous insertion of central venous catheter(CVC)and cooperated with the corresponding nursing intervention.The conditions of intravenous infusion,the effect of preventing infection and puncture were compared in both groups.Results:The incidence of complications and the average daily hospitalization cost of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the effect of infection prevention and the overall quality of puncture operation were better than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of short-term percutaneous insertion of central venous catheter and targeted nursing can not only reduce the incidence of complications,but also promote the recovery process and save the cost of treatment for severe orthopedic patients.
