摘要
对深圳市483家企业抽样调查企业使用政府企业服务情况。通过总体分析和行业对比发现,物流企业作为深圳市四大支柱产业之一,总体上对深圳市的各项服务的使用情况在80%左右,在优惠政策服务、技术创新服务、国际市场开拓服务和服务质量与效率方面了解情况较好,但在营商环境优化服务、企业人才服务和经验场地空间拓展服务利用不够。深圳物流企业对企业服务政策的关注度仍有待提升,尤其是对投诉反馈积极性不高,了解服务扶助项目后申请力度不够等问题需要重点改善。
In this paper,we have a sample survey of 483 enterprises in Shenzhen City in terms of government enterprise service utilization.Through overall analysis and industry comparison,it is found that logistics companies,as one of the four pillar industries in Shenzhen,use about 80%of the various services afforded in Shenzhen in general;they have good understanding regarding preferential policy service,technological innovation service,international market expansion service,and service quality and efficiency;however,they make in sufficient use of services in business environment optimization,corporate talent,and experience and space expansion.According to the study,logistics enterprises in Shenzhen still need to pay closer attention to corporate service policies;and in particular problems such as lack of enthusiasm for complaint feedback,and insufficient application after knowledge of service support projects urgently require solution.
