摘要
目的调查分析重庆市江津区某三甲综合医院倒班护士工作强度和压力及健康状况。方法抽取某三甲综合医院倒班护士270名,采用一般资料调查表、工作强度调查表、护士工作压力源量表、Cornell健康问卷(CMI)进行评价。结果共发放问卷270份,有效回收266份,有效回收率为98.52%。266名护士中,周工作时间>6 d者,占33.1%;日工作时间>8 h者,占53.0%;每日站立时间>6 h者,占54.1%;岗位走路步数>5 000步/d者,占99.3%;每月夜班频次≥7次者,占66.2%;单人轮值率为62.0%。压力源总量表得分为(107.01±11.26)分,占相对参照值得分的61.2%,处于中等偏上水平。CMI总分为(27.97±2.45)分,占参考值得分的14.4%。其中,躯体健康状况评分为(19.81±2.64)分,阳性率为15.0%;心理健康状况评分为(8.16±1.23)分,阳性率为6.0%。结论三甲综合医院倒班护士存在工作强度大,工作压力高,虽身心健康状态尚可但仍存在诸多问题。
Objective To investigate and analyze the work intensity,stress and health status of shift nurses in a Grade A general hospital in Jiangjin District of Chongqing. Methods 270 shift nurses from a Grade A general hospital were selected and data on general information questionnaire,work intensity questionnaire,nurses’ work pressure source scale and Cornell Health Questionnaire(CMI)was collected. Results A total of 270 questionnaires were issued,and 266 were effectively recovered,with an effective recovery rate of 98.52%. Among the 266 nurses,33.1% worked for more than 6 days weekly,and 53.0% worked for more than 8 hours per day. The daily standing time>6 h/d was accounted for 54.1%,and>5 000 steps/d accounted for 99.3%. There were 66.2% of the nurses had night shift frequency≥7 times per month,and single rotation rate was 62.0%. The total pressure source score was(107.01±11.26),accounting for 61.2% of the relative reference score,which was above the average level. The total CMI score was(27.97±2.45),accounting for 14.4% of the reference score. The physical health score was(19.81±2.64),with a positive rate of 15.0%. The score of mental health status was(8.16±1.23),and the positive rate was 6.0%. Conclusions The shift nurses in Grade A general hospital have great working intensity and high working pressure,and their physical and mental health condition is still well,but there are still many problems.
