Entrepreneur Counterfactual Thinking:Literature Review and A Theoretical Framework Modeling

摘要 反事实思维是指先否定已经发生过的事件,然后想象原本能够发生而实际并未发生的情况的一种思维过程。近年来,反事实思维作为创业者开展创业学习和应对不确定性的心理机制,得到创业学者的日益关注,并积累了不少实证研究成果。为系统梳理创业研究领域反事实思维研究的现状,在简要介绍创业领域反事实思维的概念界定、主要分类与测量方式的基础上,围绕反事实思维的前因变量和结果变量展开文献梳理,并基于现有研究成果,构建了反事实思维研究的理论框架。 Counterfactual thinking refers to the thinking process in which the events happened are first negated,and then what could have happened is imagined.In recent years,counterfactual thinking has attracted more and more attention of entrepreneurship scholars since it is an effective psychological mechanism for entrepreneurs to study entrepreneurship and deal with uncertainty,consequently empirical researches on it have been achieved.In order to clarify the research status of counterfactual thinking in the field of entrepreneurship,this paper firstly introduces the definition,main typologies and measurements of counterf actual thinking used in the field of entrepreneurship,then organizes the literature around the antecedents and outcomes of counterfactual thinking,and finally constructs a theoretical framework of counterfactual thinking research based on existing literature,and provides reference and guidance for further research.
