摘要 家具作为人们日常生活中不可或缺的用具,其发展与人们的工作生活息息相关,家具与智能技术的结合将会极大提高人们的生活效率。基于以上背景,从家具智能化的角度出发,探究Unity 3D在衣柜中的应用。选择接受新鲜事物程度较高的年轻人作为用户群体,以家具的智能化理论和Unity 3D开发平台为基础,使用光电传感器、STC89C52单片机分别作为感知元件和分析元件,设计一款光电感应自动开关门衣柜,编写衣柜的开关门程序,使衣柜门可以根据触发次数实现开关。在3d Max中建立衣柜三维模型,并在Unity 3D中进行智能衣柜设计及开关门功能模拟。在串口连接正常条件,当在外部触摸光电传感器1次时,Unity 3D中的模型可以做出开门动作;当触摸光电传感器2次时,模型可以做出关门动作,从而实现了功能的模拟,验证了Unity 3D在家具设计中的可能性,为智能家具功能的模拟提供了一种方法。智能化是家具未来的发展方向,在可预见的将来,家具的功能性会不断延展,智能产品会逐渐丰富人们的生活。本研究将Unity 3D软件与衣柜结合,为家具智能化开发提供了思路。 With the continuous development of science and technology,intelligent control technology has gradually entered people s daily life,and intellectualization has become the development trend of many future products.Furniture is an indispensable device in people s daily life,and its development will be closely related to people s work and life.The combination of furniture manufacturing and intelligent technology will greatly improve the efficiency of people life.Under the above background,from the perspective of smart furniture,this study explored the application of Unity 3D software in the smart wardrobe.In this study,young people with a higher degree of freshness were considered as the user group.Based on the intelligent theory of furniture and the Unity 3D development platform,using photoelectric sensors and STC89C52 single-chip microcomputers as sensing elements and analyzing elements respectively,a photoelectric induction automatic door wardrobe was designed.The program of opening and closing the closet door was developed,so that the closet door can be opened and closed according to the number of triggers.A three-dimensional model of the wardrobe was created using the 3d Max software,and the intelligent wardrobe design and door opening and closing function simulation were performed in Unity 3D.When the serial port connection is normal and the photoelectric sensor is touched once outside,the model in Unity 3D can make the opening action;when the photoelectric sensor is touched twice,the model can make the closing action,thus realizing the function simulation.This method could not only verified the possibility of the Unity 3D utilization in furniture design,but also provided a way to simulate intelligent furniture function.The Unity 3D software was successfully utilized in the wardrobe design and manufacturing to promote the intelligent technology application in the furniture industry in this study.Since intellectualization is the development direction of furniture production,the functionality of furniture will continue to expand,and intelligent products will gradually enrich people s lives in the foreseeable future.
