摘要
目的:探讨导管破膜并精确注射中西药治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效.方法:选取2017年4月-2019年2月在本院就诊的68例确诊腰椎间盘突出症患者,应用随机数字表法随机分成观察组34例和对照组34例.观察组使用导管破膜并精确注射中西药治疗,对照组则采取骶管内注射药物治疗.对患者治疗前及治疗后1周、1个月、3个月、6个月时VAS评分及治疗后6个月时改良MacNab疗效评估比较.结果:术后6个月观察组总有效率为91.18%(31/34),与对照组的52.94%(18/34)相比显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).2组患者术后1周、1个月、3个月、6个月与治疗前比较,治疗后的VAS评分显著减少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后1周、1个月、3个月、6个月观察组VAS较对照组显著减低,2组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).:结论:导管破膜并精确注射中西药治疗腰椎间盘突出症所致腰腿痛安全有效.因此,在进行处理椎间盘手术之前,它可被视为治疗的一种选择.
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of cather pierce membrane combined with precise drug injections in the treat-ment of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:The subjects of this study,68 patients lumbar disc herniation admitted in our hos-pital from April 2017 to February 2019,were divided into observation group 34 cases and control group 34 cases on the basis of random number table.The observation group was treated with cather pierce membrane combined with precise drug injections,while the control group was treated with sacral canal injection in.Visual analog scale(VAS)and Oswestry disability index(ODI)before operation,during follow-up at postoperative one week and at postoperative 1,3,6 months were used as outcome measurements.Visual analogue scale(VAS)was recorded after the treatment,1 week,1month,3 months and 6 months after the treatment.MacNab was evaluated 6 months af-ter the treatment.Results:The overall effective rate of the observation group was 91.18%(31/34),much higher than 52.94%(18/34)of the control group at 6 months after treatments(P<0.05).Compared with the baseline level,the VAS scores in both groups were signif-icantly improved at 1 week,1,3,and 6 months after treatments(P<0.05).The VAS scores of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group at 1 week,1,3,and 6 months follow-up.There was statistical difference between the two follow-ups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cather pierce membrane combined with precise drug Injections in the treatment of patients with lumbar disc hernia-tion is a safe and effective procedure.Therefore,it may be considered as an option for treatment before invasive operations are performed.
