摘要
区块链这一新兴颠覆性技术的出现,强化了数字经济的资源配置能力,驱动着数字经济的高质量发展。科学把握区块链技术驱动数字经济发展的理论逻辑,对于中国在后疫情时代逆全球化背景下,抓住区块链技术发展的历史性机遇,抢占数字经济国际竞争战略制高点,具有重要的现实意义。首先,从理论逻辑来看,区块链技术分别从宏观、中观、微观三个角度,通过去中心化提升数字经济运行效率、通过技术赋能推动产业转型升级、通过价值互联促进企业组织和管理及盈利模式创新,驱动数字经济的高质量发展。其次,从现实发展和实践经验来看,区块链技术在驱动数字经济发展方面既具有天生的优势,但也面临着不少问题和挑战。最后,从完善区块链技术高端人才培养机制、加快区块链技术核心应用技术突破、提高区块链技术安全监管能力、推进区块链社会治理体系建设等四个方面,强化区块链技术对数字经济发展的驱动能力,进而实现中国数字经济的高质量发展。
The emergence of new disruptive blockchain technology has strengthened the resource allocation capability of the digital economy and driven the high-quality development of the digital economy.Scientifically grasping the inherent logic of blockchain technology driving the high-quality development of digital economy is of great practical significance for China to seize the historic opportunity of blockchain technology development under the background of anti-globalization in the post-epidemic era,to seize the commanding heights of the international competitive strategy of the digital economy.Based on the theoretical framework of“macro-meso-micro”,blockchain technology drives the development of digital economy by promoting the efficiency of digital economic operation through de-centering,promoting industrial transformation and upgrading through technology empowerment,and promoting enterprise organization and management and profit model innovation through value interconnection.In addition,while blockchain technology has significant advantages in driving the development of the digital economy,the potential risks and real challenges that blockchain technology drives the development of the digital economy must not be ignored.Therefore,we can strengthen the driving ability of blockchain technology for the development of digital economy by perfecting the high-end talent training mechanism of blockchain technology,speeding up the breakthrough of blockchain core application technology,improving the security supervision ability of blockchain technology,and promoting the construction of social governance system of blockchain technology,so as to realize the high-quality development of China’s digital economy.
