摘要
城市轨道交通工程是我国的基础建设工程,其涵盖范围较广,且施工过程包括不同的领域,所以在其成本管理工作上存在着一定的难度,如何做好成本管理也是城市轨道交通工程从业者需要考虑的问题。论文即针对于城市轨道交通工程项目成本管理进行分析,提出相应的管理措施。
Urban rail transit project is a basic construction project in our country,which covers a wide range and includes different fields in the construction process.Therefore,there are some difficulties in its cost management.How to do a good job in cost management is also a problem that urban rail transit project practitioners need to consider.This paper analyzes the cost management of urban rail transit projects and puts forward corresponding management measures.
