磁共振常规及增强扫描在垂体瘤诊断中的价值分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨磁共振常规扫描和增强扫描在垂体瘤中的诊断价值。方法选取2016年1月至2019年1月间陕西省澄城县医院收治的79例垂体瘤患者,均采用磁共振平扫和增强扫描,比较两种扫描方式对患者的诊断价值。结果 79例垂体瘤患者中有大腺瘤52例,微腺瘤27例。大腺瘤合并囊变6例,合并出血3例。79例患者平扫阳性检出62例(78.5%),动态增强扫描阳性检出74例(93.7%),两者比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。动态增强扫描垂体瘤1级和2级检出率较平扫高,两者比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论垂体瘤采用磁共振增强扫描可有效提高阳性检出率,更精准分级瘤体,为后期患者制定治疗方案提供参考依据。 Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of conventional and enhanced magnetic resonance imaging( MRI) scan for pituitary tumors. Methods A total of 79 patients with pituitary tumors who were treated in Chengcheng County Hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were collected. Plain scan and enhanced scan were performed on all the patients. The diagnostic value of the two scanning methods was compared. Results Pathologic findings showed that among the 79 patients with pituitary tumors,52 were large adenomas and 27 were microadenomas. There were 6 patients with large adenoma complicated with cystic degeneration and 3 patients complicated with bleeding. Among the 79 patients,the positive detection rate of plain scan was 78. 5%( 62 patients),and that of dynamic enhanced scan was 93. 7%( 74 patients),indicating a statistically significant difference( all P < 0. 05). The number of grade 1 and grade 2 pituitary tumors detected by dynamic enhancement scanning was significantly higher than that by plain scanning( all P < 0. 05). Conclusion The use of MRI-enhanced scanning for pituitary tumors can effectively improve the positive detection rate,is more accurate in classifying tumors,formulate subsequent treatment plans and improve the reference basis.
