摘要
我院从１９９２年１月～１９９５年１２月对７４例鼻咽癌（ＮＰＣ）放疗后转移或复发的病人，用ＰＭＢ方案联合化疗，取得较好的疗效。完全缓解（ＣＲ）２９例（３９．１９％），部分缓解（ＰＲ）３１例（４１．８９％），稳定（Ｓ）５例（６．９４％），进展（Ｐ）７例（９．７２％）。有效率（ＲＲ）为８１．０８％（６０／７４）。
From January 1992,to December 1995 74 cases of metastatic and recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma after Radiation therapy were treated with combined chemotherapy by PMB in our hospital.The complete respouse(CR)rate was 39.19%,partial response(PR)rate was 41.89%,The total response tate(CR+PR)was 81.08%.The effect of treatment was encouraging.
