摘要
目的本研究通过对福建省医疗机构科研档案管理现状进行横断面调查研究,分析管理中存在的问题,探索改善医疗机构科研档案管理工作的方法。方法结合文献制定调查问卷,并经专家函询,检测问卷Cronbachα系数为0.793。采用随机抽样法向福州及泉州地区二级以上医疗机构随机发放40份调查问卷,再用SPSS 23.0版本软件进行数据分析。结果各机构科研档案管理工作中具备档案专业人员的单位占9.1%(3/33),具备高级职称人员的单位占18.2%(6/33),具备本科以上学历人员的单位占27.3%(9/33),具备专职人员的单位占9.1%(3/33),具备5年以上工作经验人员的单位占18.2%(6/33);有对科研档案管理人员进行档案专业知识培训的单位占36.4%(12/33),所有医疗机构均未设置科研档案管理工作绩效制度。科研档案管理人员的工龄、科研人员参与论文发表以及接受档案专业知识培训是医疗机构科研状况良好的相关因素(P=0.0320、0.0010、0.0040)。结论在医疗机构的科研档案管理工作中增加档案专业人才,加强档案专业培训,完善档案管理制度,将有助于科研档案的发展,更好地为医疗机构科研工作服务。
Objective This study conducted a cross-sectional survey on the current situation of scientific research archives management in medical institutions in Fujian province,analyzed the existing problems in management,and explored ways to improve the management of scientific research archives in medical institutions.Methods The Cronbach coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.793.40 questionnaires were randomly distributed to medical institutions in Fuzhou and Quanzhou with the method of random sampling,and then the data were analyzed with SPSS 23.0 software.Results Institutions,scientific research unit has the files in the file management professionals accounted for 9.1%(3/33),units have senior professional titles accounted for 18.2%(6/33),with bachelor degree or above personnel unit accounted for 27.3%(9/33),have full-time personnel unit accounted for 9.1%(3/33),more than 5 years work experience in personnel of the unit accounted for 18.2%(6/33);36.4%(12/33)of the institutions provided professional training for scientific research archive management personnel,and none of the medical institutions set up a performance system for scientific research archive management.The length of service of the scientific research archive management personnel,the scientific research personnel's participation in the paper publication and the receiving of the professional knowledge training of the archives are the relevant factors for the good scientific research status of the medical institutions(P=0.0320,0.0010,0.0040).Conclusion In the management of scientific research archives in medical institutions,increasing professional talents,strengthening professional training and improving the management system of archives will contribute to the development of scientific research archives and better serve the scientific research work of medical institutions.
