摘要
为改善弹性包芯纱的包覆效果,提高包芯纱成纱品质,采用赛络纺技术纺制棉/氨纶包芯纱。针对包芯纱生产过程中易产生偏丝、无丝等纱疵问题,介绍了赛络纺棉/氨纶包芯纱特有的纱疵种类及危害,分析了偏丝、无丝、裸丝、弹力不匀、割丝等纱疵的主要成因。从原料、工艺、设备等方面入手,采取预防和消除纱疵的措施,如选择品质优良的棉和氨纶丝原料、优化粗细纱工艺、严控络筒工艺条件、加强设备关键部件的周期性维护保养和严控操作管理等。实践表明:通过合理选配原料、优化配置工艺参数、加强设备精细管理和严控日常操作管理等方法能够较好地解决包芯纱因包覆效果不良产生偏丝断头等问题,提高了赛络纺棉/氨纶包芯纱的品质。
In order to improve the covering effect and the quality of elastic core-spun yarns,Siro spinning technology was used to spin cotton/spandex core-spun yarns.Aiming at the problem of yarn defects such as partial yarn and non-wire in the production process of core-spun yarn,the types and hazards of the unique yarn defects of Siro-spun cotton/spandex core-spun yarn were introduced,and the main causes of yarn defects such as partial wire,no wire,bare wire,uneven elasticity and cut yarn were analyzed.Starting with raw materials,processes,equipment,etc.,measures were taken to prevent and eliminate yarn defects,such as the selection of high-quality raw materials of cotton and spandex,optimization of roving and spun yarn processes,strict control of winding process indicators,strengthening of periodic maintenance of key components of the equipment,and strict control of operation management.Practice shows that through reasonable selection of raw materials,optimization of process parameters,strengthening of fine equipment management and strict control of daily operation management,the problems of partial thread breakage of core-spun yarn due to poor coating effect can be better solved,which improves the quality of Siro spunning cotton/spandex core-spun yarn.
