摘要
学业困难学生的帮扶工作是高校完成立德树人使命的重要组成部分,朋辈教育目前广泛已应用于高校思政工作中,基于朋辈教育的理念建立并实施高校学业帮扶机制,是促进高校学风建设的重要举措,也是适应和满足高校学生发展需求的有效措施。该文以哈尔滨工业大学电信学院学生讲师团为例,对朋辈教育模式下的高校学业帮扶机制进行探索并实践。
The assistance to students having trouble studying is an important part of the moral education of the university.Peers'education has been widely applied to political work in universities.Establishing and conducting academic assistance systems based on peers’education methods is a critical initiative contributing to the construction of a good studying atmosphere in universities and it is an ef fective measure to adapt and s atisf y the need of university s tudents.T his essay takes the example of a g roup of s tudent lecturers of Electronics and Information Engineering College in Harbin Institute of Technology,researching and practicing the assistance systems in college studies under the peers'education pattern.
