摘要
中高职院校园林类专业面对当前新型城镇化建设这一形势,需要重新思考和探索高素养应用技能型专业人才的有效培养路径。对此,基于产教融合背景下构建园林类专业实践教学体系意义,分别提出了加强产教融合,确立人才培养方案、建设双师团队,提高教师综合水平、深化实践教学,构建完善课程体制、突出工学结合,促进实践教学改革、利用多元评价,优化教学评价机制等路径。以期深化校企融合,提高人才培养质量,切实满足社会对高职园林类专业技能应用型人才的需求。
In this regard,based on the significance of constructing a garden-based professional practice teaching system under the background of industry-education integration,they respectively proposed to strengthen industry-education integration,establish a talent training program,build a dual-teacher team,improve the teachers’comprehensive level,and optimize teaching evaluation mechanisms and other paths.In order to deepen the integration of schools and enterprises,it is hoped to improve the quality of personnel training,and effectively meet the society’s demand for professional skills-oriented talents in gardening.
