摘要
通过分析涨断连杆的结构特点及精度要求,提出一种在一道工序上完成半精镗、精镗大小头孔、铣瓦片槽及大小头孔倒角的工装。和同类型工装相比,该工装在产品适应性、生产效率、调整便捷性等方面有很大提高。
On the base of analysis for the structure characteristics and the precision requirement of the craking connecting rod,this paper puts forward a process equipment which can complete Semi-fine boring and fine boring head hole size tiles,milling tiles groove and the size of the head hole chamfer on a process.It improves greatly product adaptability,production efficiency and adjustment convenience by comparing with the advantages of the same type.
