随着我国轨道交通的快速发展,市场对城轨列车的需求不断增加,主机厂对于列车门产品的造型和外观要求越来越高,本文浅述了列车门色差的基础知识,重点描述了油漆颜色属性,分析影响色差的因素主要包括原材料、喷涂方式和设备、供漆系统及喷涂工艺等。
With the rapid development of rail transit in China,the market demand for urban rail trains continues to increase,and OEMs are increasingly demanding the shape and appearance of train door products.This article briefly describes the basic knowledge of train door color difference,focusing on the description of the color properties of paint,and analyzes the factors affecting color difference mainly,which include raw materials,spraying methods and equipment,paint supply system and spraying process.
