摘要
针对目前所采用的采煤机姿态监控方案监测稳定性差、精度低,无法满足姿态连续性监测要求的现状,提出了一种基于组合定位技术的采煤机姿态监测系统。该系统以全站仪和无载波通信技术为核心,实现了对采煤机工作时姿态的连续性精确监测,根据实际应用表明该监测体系具有监测精度高、稳定性好的优点,为实现采煤机的自动截割作业和井下无人化作业奠定了基础,具有较大的应用推广价值。
Aiming at the present situation that the attitude monit oring scheme of shearer is poor in stability, low in precision and can not meet the requirement of attitude continuity monitoring, a attitude monitoring system of shearer based on combined positioning technology is proposed. The system is based on total station and carrier-free communication technology. According to the practical application, the monitoring system has the advantages of high monitoring precision and good stability, which lays a foundation for automatic cutting operation of shearer and underground unmanned operation.
