摘要
在我国研究生招生录取过程中,导师权力经历了从“隐形存在”到“整体弱化”再到“多元重构”的发展过程。落实研究生导师育人责任,首要工作是建立与之相匹配的导师招生话语权。为此,可从发挥导师集体学术把关作用、适度提高复试差额比例、加大面试成绩考核权重等方面强化导师权力,同时,为了防止导师权力滥用,需要加强政治建设,完善规章制度,畅通监督渠道。从根本上说,要增强招生选拔的有效性,提升研究生培养质量,必须大力推进学术治理体系与治理能力现代化,建立选拔新理念、提高复试选拔精准度、建设科研共同体。
With the history of postgraduate enrollment in China,the power of supervisors has gone through from"invisible existence"to"overall weakening"and then to"multiple reconstruction".To make supervisors to fulfill their responsibilities in cultivating postgraduates,we must give them the corresponding decision-making right in choosing postgraduates.Therefore,we can reinforce the power of supervisors by giving full play to their collective control effect,increasing appropriately the margin percentage(the degree of competitiveness)in the secondary examination,and increasing the weight of interview evaluation.Meanwhile,to prevent supervisors to abuse their power,we need to strengthen ideological and political work,improve the function of rules and regulations,and make the supervision channel smoother.Fundamentally speaking,to enhance the effectiveness of enrollment and to improve the cultivation quality of postgraduates,we must vigorously promote the modernization of academic governance system and governance capacity,establish new selection process concepts,improve the selection accuracy in re-exam process,and build a scientific research community.
