摘要
目的了解成人助听器使用效果,分析影响听障者助听效果的主要原因。方法随机选取并分析40例(50耳)助听器配戴者的听力情况、助听听阈及日常生活助听满意度,从听力学参数联合听障者的主观感受,对助听器效果进行评价,同时分析影响助听器效果的主要因素。结果 50耳中22耳为平坦型听力图,18耳为陡降型听力图,6耳为下降型听力图,4耳为切迹型听力图。其中,轻度听力损失0耳,中度9耳,重度29耳,极重度12耳。助听听阈显示,大部分耳未获得最佳听觉补偿,高频补偿不足较为明显。日常生活助听满意度问卷结果显示,代表总体满意度的总均值、积极作用、服务与花费、负面作用得分显著高于标准值(P<0.05);个人形象得分显著低于标准值(P<0.05)。结论听障者对助听器的使用效果总体持肯定态度,但还有很大提升空间,个人形象是影响助听器使用的重要因素,社会应营造宽松和谐的助听器使用环境。
Objective To assess the effects of hearing aids for adults, and analyze the main factors affecting the hearing aids effects. Methods Select randomly 40 hearing aids users(50 ears), and analyze their threshold with and without hearing aids, as well as the satisfaction with hearing aids in daily life. Assess the hearing aid effect form audiology parameters and subjective perspective, and analyze the main factors affecting hearing ais effect. Results For 50 ears, 22 of them had flat audiogram, 18 had steep drop audiogram, 6 descent audiogram, 4 notched audiograms. Among them, 0 ear had mild hearing loss, 9 moderate hearing loss, 29 severe hearing loss, 12 profound hearing loss. The threshold with hearing aids showed that, most of them didn’t have ideal hearing compensation, especially in high frequency. For the satisfaction with amplification in daily life, the average score standing for whole satisfaction, positive effect, service, cost, negative features got better score than the norm value, and P<0.05 showed significantly different. For personal image, got the value smaller than the standard value, P<0.05 showed significantly different. Conclusion Though the hearing-impaired people were satisfied with their hearing aids, there is still much to do for improvements. Personal image is very important factor affecting hearing aid use. The whole society should give a loose and harmony environment for hearing aid use.
