摘要
对外投资高质量发展是新时代推动我国从对外投资大国向投资强国迈进的重要路径。“十三五”以来,随着双边和区域合作机制稳步实施、“一带一路”倡议深入推进等,我国对外投资整体实现平稳发展。但是全球政治风险提高、疫情蔓延以及对外投资自身发展存在的问题等不利因素也提升了对外投资难度。因此,在新时期要深入把握对外投资高质量发展内涵,从顶层设计、投资主体、投资结构等方面谋划高质量发展主要路径。
The high-quality development of overseas investment is an important path to promote China from a large overseas investment country to an influential overseas investment country in the new era.Since 13th Five-Year plan,bilateral and regional cooperation mechanisms have been implemented steadily,and the Belt and Road initiative has been further developed.Meanwhile,China's overseas investment maintain stable growth.However,the increasing global political risk,the spread of the epidemic situation and the problems of overseas investment itself also increase the difficulty of investment abroad.Therefore,in the new era,we should deeply grasp the connotation of high-quality overseas investment and focus more on top level designing,investors,investment structure and so on to enhance overseas investment.
