摘要
探讨由黄芪、党参、淫羊藿、杜仲、补骨脂、甘草、熟地、锁阳等配伍组成的中草药添加剂"羊康灵"Ⅱ号对公羊精液品质及血液生化指标的影响。将30只2~3岁的健康公羊(湖羊)随机分为3组,即对照组、试验A和B组,每组2个重复,每个重复5只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验A组、B组分别在基础日粮中添加1%和2%的中草药添加剂"羊康灵"Ⅱ号。结果表明:与对照组比较,试验A组、B组的精液量、精子密度、精子活力均有显著增加(P<0.05);试验A组、B组的血液总蛋白水平、球蛋白水平、睾酮水平均显著提高(P<0.05),其他指标各组间差异均不显著(P>0.05)。试验表明,中草药添加剂"羊康灵"Ⅱ号可增强公羊的体质、提高精液品质。
To investigate effect of the Chinese herbal medicine additive"YangkanglingⅡ"on semen character and its blood biochemical parameters in ram,30 rams aged 2-3 years were obtained and randomized into control T,treatment A and treatment B groups,with 10 rams for each group,two replicates for each group and 5 rams for each replicate.The rams of group T were fed with basal diet,and groups A and B were fed with basal diet plus 1%and 2%of the above Chinese herbal additive.The results showed that,compared with the group T,groups A and B had a significant increase in semen volume,sperm density and sperm viability(P<0.05),that their total protein(TP)in serum,globin(GLB),and testosterone(T)were increased significantly(P<0.05),and that their other parameters were of insignificant difference(P>0.05).The present results suggested that the Chinese herbal medicine additive"YangkanglingⅡ"significantly enhanced the physique of rams and increased their semen quality.
