煤粉添加比例对竹炭及煤粉混合物热值的影响

摘要 研究煤粉添加量对竹炭热值的影响变化规律,揭示2者材料之间的差异,为煤与竹炭共混使用提供理论数据。对竹炭粉和煤粉进行测试分析。测试表明:(1)竹炭中加入比其热值高(低)的煤,随加入煤的百分比增加热值也升高(降低),2者热值相差越大,其混合热值升高(降低)的效果越显著;(2)当竹炭的热值低于煤较大(>3.0 kJ·kg^-1)时,煤添加量在低于20%时会发生抵消作用(热值低于单一竹炭的热值);煤添加量高于20%时,才会发挥提高热值的作用,但效果不显著(煤添加量达60%时仍然没有发生协同作用);(3)竹炭与煤热值越相近热值的协同作用(混合后热值高于单一煤的热值)越明显,当煤添加量在30%~60%时发生协同作用,其混合热值高于单一煤的热值;(4)当加入热值比竹炭低的煤时,添加量低于60%时,不会出现热值的抵消作用(热值低于单一煤的热值)。 In order to study the influence of the coal powder addition amount on the heating value of bamboo charcoal,reveal the difference between the two materials,and provide theoretical data for the blending of coal and bamboo charcoal,in this paper,ZDHW-300 A microcomputer automatic calorimeter,KDGF-8000 B automatic industrial analyzer,Vario ELⅢelement analyzer were used to test and analyze bamboo charcoal powder and coal powder.The results showed that adding coal with higher/lower calorific value to bamboo charcoal increased/decreased the calorific value as the percentage of coal increased.The greater the difference of calorific value between the two materials,the more significant the effect of the increase/decrease of the calorific value of the mixture.When the calorific value of coal was at least 3.0 kJ·kg^-1 higher than that of bamboo charcoal,offset effect occurred once the addition amount of coal was less than 20%.The calorific value increased as addition amount of coal was more than 20%,yet the effect was not significant,and there found no synergistic effect as the addition amount of coal reached 60%.The more similar the calorific value of bamboo charcoal and coal was,the more obvious the synergistic effect was.The synergistic effect occurred when the addition amount of coal was 30%-60%,and the calorific value of the mixture was higher than that of a single coal.When calorific value of coal was lower than that of bamboo charcoal,there found no offset as the addition amount was less than 60%.
