摘要
不同于城市建筑,村镇房屋往往自行设计建设,结构体系与受力的传递路径混乱,结构侧向约束与刚度不足,在历次地震中破坏严重,村镇房屋的安全鉴定工作已被广泛关注。由于结构形式、施工方法、使用材料等差异较大,村镇房屋的安全鉴定无法借鉴城市建筑的方法与规范。因此,切实提出适合本地区村镇房屋安全鉴定的方法十分必要。以江西省内典型的村镇房屋作为研究对象,结合现有技术资料,总结了江西省及周边地区村镇房屋的抗震安全问题,并简要提出危险房屋安全评定的技术要点。
Different from urban buildings,rural houses are designed and built by themselves,whose stress path and structural system are chaotic,and the lateral restraint and rigidity of the structure are insufficient.The damage of rural houses is serious in the previous earthquakes.Therefore,the safety appraisal of rural houses has been widely concerned.Due to the great differences in structural forms,construction methods,and building materials,the safety appraisal of rural houses cannot refer to the methods and norms of urban buildings.Thus,it is necessary to put forward a method suitable for the safety appraisal of rural buildings in local region.In this paper,the typical rural houses in Jiangxi Province are taken as a research object.Combined with existing technical data,the seismic safety problems of rural houses were summarized in Jiangxi province and its surrounding areas.And some technical points of the safety appraisal of dangerous houses were briefly presented.
