摘要
菊芋是一种非粮能源作物,被称为"21世纪人畜共用作物",在医疗保健、生态环境改善以及功能食品开发等方面有着重要作用。为全面了解菊芋的应用价值和应用前景,主要从菊芋所含的菊糖、氨基酸、绿原酸、黄酮等成分介绍了菊芋的营养价值和医疗保健功能,从防风固沙、植物修复、生物防治等方面综述了菊芋的生态应用价值,从食品、饲料、能源、园林观赏等角度总结了菊芋的开发利用前景,以期为菊芋的生产应用提供参考。
As a kind of non-food energy crop,Helianthus tuberosus L.plays an important role in medical care,ecological environment improvement and functional food development.In order to fully understand the application value and application prospect of H.tuberosus,the nutritional value and health care function of H.tuberosus were mainly introduced from the components such as inulin,amino acid,chlorogenic acid and flavonoids,etc.The ecological application value of H.tuberosus was summarized from the aspects of wind prevention and sand fixation,plant restoration,biological control,etc.The development and utilization prospect of H.tuberosus was summarized from the perspectives of food,feed,energy and landscape ornamental,so as to provide reference for the production and application of H.tuberosus.
