摘要
通过监测煤量来对井下输送带进行变频调速可以有效地为矿企节能减耗。利用矿井现有的硬件资源与通信接口,提出一种基于图像处理的输送带调速优化方案:针对图像反光的问题提出一种基于窗口阀值的滤波方法,有效去除噪声的同时保留了边界信息。对边界对比度低和现场光源不稳定的问题,首先利用反光程度不同的模板进行EMD匹配处理,经过腐蚀与膨胀后,采用改良的自适应阀值算法进行分割;使用连续帧间差分法识别一级输送带的运行状态来协调控制能耗。现场运行结果表明,该方案满足带式输送机的变频调速要求,且无需安装额外的硬件装备,具有一定的推广应用价值。
Dynamic monitoring of coal quantity and adjusting speed by frequency conversion of belt conveyor can effectively save energy and reduce consumption for mining enterprises.In view of the existed hardware resources and communication interface of mine,here a dynamic identification and optimization scheme based on image processing is proposed:an adaptive filtering method based on window threshold is proposed to solve the problem of image reflection.It removes the noise effectively while retaining boundary information.In the stage of image segmentation and extraction,a modified adaptive threshold segmentation algorithm based on classification method of EMD is proposed to solve the problems of low boundary contrast and unstable field light source.The image is etched and then expanded to improve the boundary recognition accuracy.A continuous frame difference method is proposed to identify the running state of belt.The results of site test show that the system meets the frequency control demand,and requires no additional equipment.
