智能化采煤工作面人员感知定位控制系统策略研究 被引量:10

摘要 为了给智能化采煤工作面巡检人员提供安全保障,提出一套智能化采煤工作面安全闭锁及解锁策略方法,利用高精度人员定位系统实现人员识别,利用人员定位系统、智能化采煤工作面电液控制系统主机、支架控制器实现协同配合及逻辑判断,结合巡检人员实际移动速度进行动态匹配,实现人员定位系统、液压支架电液控制系统、巡检人员的安全协同。根据巡检人员活动情况,将智能化采煤工作面电液控制系统自动动作区域进行了划分,分析了2种会产生动作冲突的情况及其解决策略。同时给出了系统闭锁策略、主动解锁策略、被动解锁策略及其实现方式,给出了人员动态与系统匹配策略。通过在王家岭矿12309工作面进行实地测试,液压支架电液控制系统能够正常进行动作响应,通过对系统解锁响应时间实测表明,支架的实际解锁时间比理论解锁时间要长5~7s左右,与人员定位系统信号强度和支架控制器延时解锁设置有关。研究可为智能化采煤工作面人员安全保障提供技术借鉴。 To provide security assurance for the intelligent inspection personnel of fully mechanized working face,we put forward a set of intelligent safety locking and unlocking strategy method for fully mechanized working face,high precision positioning system is used to implement personnel identification,the personnel positioning system,the host of the electro-hydraulic control system,and support controller are synergistic,and through logical judgment combining with the moving speed of inspection personnel to match dynamically,and realize the safe synergy of personnel positioning system,intelligent hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system and inspection personnel.According to the activity of the inspectors,the automatic action area of the electro-hydraulic control system in fully mechanized mining face is divided,and two situations that may cause action conflicts and their solutions are analyzed.The system locking strategy,active unlocking strategy,passive unlocking strategy and their implementation methods are presented,and the personnel dynamic matching strategy is presented.Through field testing in 12309 face of Wangjialing Coal Mine,hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system response can be obtained at normal movement,according to the system unlock response measurement,the actual unlock time of support is about 5~7 s longer than theory,due to the personnel positioning system signal intensity and support controller delay unlock settings.
