摘要
阐述数据馆员内涵,建立数据馆员能力素质模型,从制订培养计划、因需设置岗位、构建科学培养体系、完善激励和考核机制等方面提出新时代医学院校图书馆加强数据馆员队伍建设策略。
The paper elaborates the connotation of data librarian,builds the model of data librarians'ability and quality,and puts forward the strategies of strengthening the construction of data librarian team in libraries of medical colleges and universities in the new era from the aspects of making the training plan,setting up the position according to the need,constructing the scientific training system,perfecting incentive and assessment mechanism,etc.
