摘要
跨境电商综合试验区获批,为义乌跨境电商行业的发展带来了更多的发展机遇。行业发展离不开人才支撑,但目前义乌跨境电商人才存在人才缺口大、结构失衡、培养模式错位、置换成本上升等供需矛盾。文章以此基础,研究跨境电商人才培养策略,适应地区产业快速扩张的需求。
As Yiwu has been approved as the integrated pilot zone for cross-border e-commerce,it brings many opportunities and challenges.Industrial development is inseparable from talent support.However,current⁃ly,the situation of cross-border e-commerce talents in Yiwu presents a contradiction between supply and de⁃mand,e.g.the great talent gap,structure imbalance,misplaced cultivation mode and increasing replacement cost.On this basis,this thesis studies on the cross-border e-commerce talent cultivation strategy for adapting to quick industrial expansion of the region.
