摘要
文章主要研究油田中新型大斜度井同心分层注水技术,研究了井下连续可调配水器、电缆直读测调仪和电缆直读验封仪。该技术使用同心测调方式,井下排水器采用的桥式通道设计方式,水量调节使用的偏心阀设计。最后将同心分层注水技术应用于实际的大斜度井中可以发现,能够提高对接成功率、节约测调时间、提高测调精度、降低成本等优势。
This paper mainly studies the concentric layered water injection technology of the new high-inclination wells in the oil field,and studies the continuously adjustable downhole water distributor,cable direct-reading mea⁃suring instrument and cable direct-reading sealing instrument.This technology uses a concentric measurement and adjustment method,a bridge channel design method used in underground drains,and an eccentric valve design used for water volume adjustment.Finally,the application of concentric layered water injection technology in actual highinclination wells can be found to improve the success rate of docking,save the time of measurement and adjust⁃ment,improve the accuracy of measurement and adjustment,and reduce costs.
