摘要
目的探讨自体肋软骨联合膨体聚四氟乙烯行鼻综合整形术的效果。方法回顾性分析32例鼻部整形患者的临床资料,采用自体肋软骨联合膨体聚四氟乙烯假体行鼻部综合整形。切取第6或7肋软骨,长度3~4cm,雕刻成帽状结构,用以鼻尖部塑形。采用膨体聚四氟乙烯雕刻鼻根部。结果随访12个月,结果28例患者对鼻背与鼻尖的美学效果满意,2例患者基本满意,其中术后有2例患者由于发生发生鼻小柱偏斜、鼻孔对称不佳的现象,这2例患者表示并不满意,后续通过为患者开展鼻小柱支架与鼻孔形态调整,取得理想效果;术后无1例患者出现感染、气胸、血肿等并发症,胸壁瘢痕不明显。结论自体肋软骨联合膨体聚四氟乙烯行鼻综合整形术术后鼻背挺拔,鼻尖过渡自然,整体效果较为满意。
Objective To investigate theplastic and aesthetic effects of Nasal plastic surgery with autogenous costal cartilage combined with expanded Polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE).Methods Retrospective analysis the clinical dataof 32 patients with nasal plastic surgery,all patients received autologous costal cartilage combined with expanded PTFE nasal plastic treatment,intercepts the patient's body 6 or 7 costal cartilage,length 3~4 cm,made for nasal support or extension grafts,perform nasal tip shaping through structural transplantation of nasal tip.Engrav Engraved nose root with expanded PTFE,implant and implant the required prosthesis.Results Followed-up for 12 months after operation,The results showed that all the patients had satisfactory plastic effect,the nasal dorsal and nasal tip achieved the desired aesthetic effect,the patients had a clear nasal dorsal contour line,upper nasal tip turning and nasal tip presentation;2 cases of nasal column deviation and poor nasal symmetry after operation,achieved ideal resultsby carrying out nasal column stent and nostril shape adjustment;there were no complications such as infection,pneumothorax and hematoma after operation,chest wall scar is not obvious.Conclusion Nasal plastic surgery with autogenous costal cartilage combined with expanded PTFE has the ideal plastic effect and can achieve the desired aesthetic effect.
