摘要
在桃园采用悬挂性信息素、种植白三叶草和果实及套袋相结合的不同防控措施,分别测定水蜜桃和油桃的可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖、维生素C、可滴定酸及可溶性固形物的理化品质指标。结果表明,在桃园采用悬挂信息素-不种植白三叶草-果实未套袋的防控措施,油桃中可溶性蛋白质含量和可溶性固形物含量最高,可滴定酸含量最低,在明显改善其品质的同时又改善了口感。
In order to research quality of peach fruits,combined with different controls by using whether there is or not hang pheromone entrapment,plant white clover and bagging for peach fruits in peach orchard,the physical and chemical quality indexes of soluble protein,soluble sugar,vitamin C,titratable acid and soluble solid in this research.The results are shows that the control measures of hanging pheromone in peach orchard,not planting white clover in peach orchard and not bagging peach fruit can make the content of soluble protein and soluble solid in Prunus persica var.nectarine the highest,the content of titratable acid the lowest,obviously improve its quality and taste at the same time.
