摘要
以三色产品汽车B柱外饰板为例,在传统的三色注塑模基础上,采用创新性思维,采用了单腔双色成型+旋转双色成型的组合方式进行模具设计,减少了一套动模,自动化生产效率高,大大降低了模具成本和人工成本.
Based on the traditional three-color injection mold,the innovative thinking is adopted to design the mold with the combination of single cavity two-color molding and rotary two-color molding,which reduces a set of dynamic mold,high automatic production efficiency and greatly reduces the mold cost and labor cost.
